Kitty will join the regenerator of land and property for development and investment from Harwood Real Estate, the property arm of Harwood Capital Group.

She has 14 years of experience in finance, banking and real estate lending, and previously served at DRC Capital and Barclays.

Kitty is also a former national director of the Investment Property Forum.

Jenny Cutler, interim finance director at Harworth, will continue in her role until Kitty takes up her new position.
